I had a nice, quiet New Year's Eve. Did some stitching and watched some movies. On New Year'sDay I started "And A Forest Grew". I got just a few stitches done--just enough to say that it was started on the 1st!!
Here is the secret framing that I did a while back. It is for DD and DSIL for their 1st anniversary, which is tomorrow. I heard it was received yesterday and she said they love it!

Oh, that is sooooo nice!! Just lovely. We had a snowstorm [and a half] which was ok. The family was here, I cooked & then we took a long walk in the thick snow. Now that the boyz are back in class today ... I just might start my regular routine!!!
Your Celebration of Love looks beautiful! I've just discovered the design as I'm going to stitch a ring pillow for my sister's wedding. Lovely to see your version of it in different colours!
