Road Trip - Part 4

We spent a night in Ashville, NC then started our drive towards home.  Took our time and enjoyed the scenery.  We spent a couple of nights in Nashville.  While there, we took a backstage tour of the Ryman Auditorium.  Not only was it home to the Grand Ole Opry, but before the Opry it was a venue for a variety of other events.

Stage outfits of Porter and Dolly

 June and Johnny Cash display

We also toured Belle Meade Plantation which was just fabulous!  The plantation was founded in 1807, and thoroughbred horses were bred and trained here for racing.

That's about it for this trip.

Thanks for stoping by.
