Still Waters and 2 new starts

I've been stitching on Still Waters by Plum Street Samplers this week. I started this back in April of last year, and of course it was put aside for something else! There isn't too much to do, now. The grass along the lower edge will be filled in and this will be easy to stitch during TV time. Then, the rest of the words and a bit hear and there. I love it and really do want to get finished!

Here is my new start. Am I crazy or what!!?# I only have a few stitches done in the grid, so no pic on the linen, but here is what it will look like many moons from now! I just love Darlene's samplers, and Robertson is no exception.

I started this during Thursday night stitch group. It's small and very portable and Thurs nights will be a good time for ornament stitching.

Carolyn at Just One More Stitch is having a giveaway, so go visit her blog to enter.

I have some lentil soup simmering in the crock pot for dinner, so I think I'll try to get some stitching in until then.

Thanks for all the great comments on my Pomegranate sampler finish.

I love your Still Waters piece. It's really nice! And I can't wait to see what progress you make on the Needle's Prayse piece - it's going to be beautiful. And the Santa too - seems that I've got some of those in my stash and forgot all about them.

Nah...you're not crazy. It looks so cheerful and ,if you can keep from going cross eyed, should be fun to stitch. That Santa is adorable! And Still Waters is looking just beautiful.

Have fun stitching!

wonderful stitching --- as for the missing fibers, I just don't know. I thought I had them all together + should have been more careful.

going to LNS tomorrow and hope to locate same dye lot.
